Time came & went
technology left us
narcissistic & bent...

with selfies, likes & follows.

Life can be allot to take in
or just plain swallow.

I imagine today
I'll return the favor
with unpostings,
deletes & unfollows

besides my
choice or voice
starts with putting down
my phone I say

beginning with a
word to pray.
